Shipping & Policies
We currently offer four shipping options for your convenience:
1. Standard Delivery (7 to 10 business days)
2. Expedited Delivery (3 to 5 business days)
3. Overnight Delivery (1 business day)
4. Customer Pick Up (to be picked up at our local store)

The cost for shipping an item(s) is based on the total order amount and can be found and calculated in your shopping cart.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday during regular business hours of 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (excluding holidays). Any problems we encounter with processing or shipping your order will be handled within two business days of your order.
Your satisfaction is our primary concern. If there is a problem, please return the item within 30 days for exchange or refund of the merchandise value. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact Madeline’s Playhouse immediately at 910-575-7163.
